Sheila Morago has over 23 years in Tribal Government Gaming. Currently she is contracted as the Executive Director of the Oklahoma Indian Gaming Association (OIGA) where she has organized and managed the office, directed the discussion of policy and regulation of Tribal Gaming with the 27 member Tribes as well as managed the largest regional gaming tradeshow in the country. Prior to OIGA Sheila was the Executive Director for the Arizona Indian Gaming Association (AIGA) for eight years, where most notably she lead the negotiations with the State in the successful 2003 Tribal-State Compacts.
