Mid-30s couple with good credit. I work in art sales. My partner is an artist signed with a well-known art gallery in the city. We live just outside of the city as we have our art studio space here. We need a city crash pad; are looking for either a temporary (or full lease take over) rental/condo sublet starting in the beginning of October. However we are flexible and can start sooner/later. The lease would preferably be anywhere from 3-12mo. We can do furnished or unfurnished. We have no pets.
We are very uncomplicated and would not be living in the place full-time anyway. It is just that our commute back and forth is getting a little tiring. We need something for the time being while we decide what we want to do long-term.
Looking to be on the West side. Open to Chelsea, WV, Greenwich Village, Tribeca, Soho, UWS (W 55-W 86), Nomad, Flation, lower HY (below 30th).
