Mrs. Olarewaju will be joining the Aradel Executive Leadership team, and her appointment is part of the company’s commitment to growth and transformation. Mrs. Olarewaju is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 30 years of diverse experience across the Oil & Gas, Consulting, and Financial Services industries. She joins Aradel from the Shell Group, where she has held various local, regional and global roles including HR Business Partnering, Talent and Change Management, Compensation, Resourcing, and Country HR leadership in Joint Ventures and PSC/Operated environments both in Sub-Saharan Africa and Southeast Asia. On this day, 19 years ago, the 1st barrel of crude oil and condensate from the Ogbele Field was delivered to its Flow Station, starting the production journey of the company. Today, the company has grown significantly, delivering sustainable energy solutions that support economic growth. Through its upstream subsidiary, Aradel Energy has produced crude for export since 2005, and for domestic refining since 2010. Through its Gas subsidiary, Aradel has contributed to the Nigerian target of zero gas flare and carbon emissions reduction by harnessing all the gas (both AG and NAG) in its Ogbele field, through its 100MMScf/d gas plant that it commissioned in 2012. During the 7th Annual HSE Week at Aradel Holdings PLC, in recognition of the importance of safety, all staff stopped work and focused on the HSE Week Programme, which included #HSE talks from external experts, interactive learning seminars, safety quizzes, practical demonstrations and awards.
