Our recent retreat featured a eloquent speaker(Ebunoluwa Collins) from Blueroomcare Business who shed light on mental health in the workplace. A recurring theme among employees is the stress we feel at work. It's something we all experience at various points in our careers. Interestingly, stress doesn't always stem from hard work itself.
