Oluwatosin Is an enthusiastic early years educator, an advocate for play who motivates learning through play.
I help children learn skills they need to thrive beyond the classroom walls such as confidence, critical thinking, communication, perspective-taking, making connections and taking on challenges.
I encourage hands-on learning by including everyday tasks which foster the exploration of all Five Senses and interaction with nature.
Oluwatosin is empathetic, resilient, goal-oriented, a team player and a lifelong learner.

How can Critical Thinkers learn from their mistakes?
Critical thinkers learn from mistakes by first acknowledging and accepting them. They investigate the situation, recognizing factors that contributed to the error. They aim for feedback from others and consider alternative perspectives to help widen their understanding. They use their experience as a useful lesson, they adjust their thinking and decision-making processes accordingly.

What are the most effective ways to network with people in your hobby or interest group?
Engaging in your hobby's community events, joining online forums or social media groups, attending workshops or classes, and actively participating in discussions are effective ways to network within your hobby. Building genuine connections by sharing experiences and offering help can also enhance your networking efforts.

What qualities make a project manager successful in Interpersonal Communication?
In addition to active listening skills, project managers should also have clear articulation, adaptability, empathy, and the ability to foster collaboration among team members. They also excel in conveying complex information in a concise manner and maintaining open lines of communication to ensure a successful project.
