As a Personal Trainer at KVIX.SE, I deliver engaging and effective strength classes to 50 individuals via an app and website. I also provide personal training sessions to different clients, tailoring the exercises to their goals, needs, and abilities. With over eight years of experience in the fitness industry.
I am passionate about helping people achieve optimal health and wellness through physical activity and nutrition.
My expertise in CrossFit, weightlifting, and gymnastics enables me to design and customize programs that challenge and benefit the clients. I have also completed multiple certifications, including the ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer, the Heart Saver First Aid CPR/AED, and the CrossFit Lesson Planner. I am always eager to learn new skills and techniques, and to share my knowledge and experience with others. My mission is to motivate, inspire, and encourage everyone to live a healthy and active lifestyle.
