    I volunteered at the Wikipedia Edit-a-thon by African Women on Board and Wikimedia Foundation organized to increase the representation of Nigerian women on Wikipedia.

    • Created Wikipedia pages for two Nigerian women by researching, curating and writing their stories and achievements on the website.

    OSIWA NULAI Prison Decongestion Project

    Social Services

    The project sought to reduce the number of awaiting-trial inmates in a correctional facility in Lagos, Nigeria. I was a co-team lead of the student volunteers on the project.

    • Interviewed 5 awaiting-trial inmates, documented cases in an e-database, and recommended cases for legal aid.

    • Conducted research at the registries of 4 courts to identify important case information, inquired about the cases of 12 inmates and supported lawyers in rendering pro-bono services to inmates.

  • Feminist Foreign Policy: The Future of Women’s Rights

    -

    My dissertation posits Feminist Foreign Policy (FFP) as a solution to the problems of the current legal and policy framework of international women's rights. It also focuses on the emergence of FFP in the often-excluded Global South, and examines the impact of FFP on marginalized female groups.

    Co-created a 3-tier solution called Camouflage to solve the problem of the use of plastics in the beauty industry. Camouflage used AI, rice husks and recycled plastic to promote the concepts of reuse, recycle and reduce.
    Was part of the Top 14 teams in Africa, and one of two top teams from Nigeria.
