We wanted our chair to be: A timeless piece for any interior It had to function flawlessly for every age and stage, while looking sleek in each set-up. Designed for the future How could we craft this chair with lower-impact materials without compromising the quality or its longevity? Ergonomic and easy to use Of course, it had to be comfortable for all ages, and it shouldn’t be complicated to adjust. We’re proud to say we ticked every box. Our vision evolved from a sketch to a seamless design. It’s crafted more consciously with FSC®-certified beechwood and built to last so it can become part of the furniture in any family home. Designed for the future  Sustainability has been a core value for Bugaboo right from the start. We’ve incorporated more sustainable practices throughout our organization long before it became a buzzword. On a roll with our Service Centers 🔧 We want to make it easier for customers to exercise their right to repair. That's why we’re rolling out more Bugaboo Service Centers across Europe. What are we doing? We already offer out-of-warranty repairs, but our in-warranty service could be smoother. For smaller issues, we send owners spare parts that they can fit themselves. For larger in-warranty repairs, we rely on detailed info from our customers, then we often send a replacement chassis. Why could it be better? We want the process to be faster and hassle-free for our customers. Creating and shipping a new chassis, and returning the old one, also has an additional environmental impact. How are we fixing this? With our official Bugaboo Service Centers, we'll be able to fix some issues on the spot. For larger repairs that could take longer, we’ll provide a stroller on loan. We've opened nine Service Centers so far in major European cities, and our goal is to reach 34 this year. Every repair will include safety and performance checks. And these new Service Centers will help to give our strollers a longer lifespan while reducing the impact of shipping and materials. Spain is next on our rollout list, so watch this space for a Service Center near you.

You might have noticed, we’re pretty proud of our B Corp Certification™. We joined this community using business as a force for good last year. And it means we meet ambitious standards that are designed to make things better for people and the planet. For us, being a B Corp is just the beginning. We’ve already made big steps in reducing our CO2 footprint and pushing towards net zero by 2035. But there’s still work to do. Making things last matters. Not just so our customers can get the most out of their Bugaboo products, but also so we can reduce our impact on the environment. It’s one of the reasons why we test our products beyond industry standards. By doubling the duration of several industry-required durability tests, here’s what we found when we put the Bugaboo Fox 5 through its paces: ✔️ You could fold and unfold it every day for 13 years, no problem. ✔️ You could push the Bugaboo Fox 5 up a sidewalk 100 times a day for 13 years without significant damage. ✔️ The wheels could stand three and a half trips around the world on smooth terrain without showing major wear and tear. ✔️ You could stroll on rough terrain every day for over four years without causing significant issues.
