Last week we were joined by Mayor of Hume City Cr Naim Kurt our partner Qanstruct, and special guests for the official groundbreaking to mark the commencement of Cabot Properties North Melbourne Logistics Hub, in Victoria, Australia. This project will offer approximately 55,750 square meters of prime infill warehouse space, 18 kilometers from Melbourne's Central Business District. Strategically located close to consumers, infrastructure, and employment hubs, this site is designed to offer flexible facilities to our customers and their clients. This project is planned to have a 4 Green Star rating, aligning with the growing local demand for eco-friendly and energy-efficient spaces. Thank you to everyone who came along to celebrate this milestone. We look forward to working with our partners Qanstruct and Project Strategy to bring this project to completion.

Baumüller AG vermittelt Cabot Properties Logistikimmobilie in Bobenheim-Roxheim, Rheinland-Pfalz Der international tätige, auf Industrie- und Logistikimmobilien spezialisierte Asset- und Investmentmanager Cabot Properties hat im rheinland-pfälzischen Bobenheim-Roxheim eine Logistikimmobilie mit rund 7,640 Quadratmetern Gebäudemietfläche erworben. Insgesamt umfasst das Objekt ca. 23.198 Quadratmeter Grundstücksfläche. Die deutschlandweit tätige Immobilienagentur Baumüller AG aus Darmstadt hat das Objekt in einer Sale-and-Lease-Back-Transaktion vermittelt. Über den Kaufpreis haben die Parteien Stillschweigen vereinbart. Die 2019 errichtete Immobilie ist mit über 18 Rampentoren, einem ebenerdigen Tor, einem WGK-fähigen Hallenboden und nach modernsten Standards ausgestattet. Darüber hinaus verfügt das Objekt über eine hervorragende Verkehrsanbindung über die nahe gelegene Autobahn A6 und ist somit ideal an die Rhein-Neckar-Region angebunden. Dank des nahegelegenen Kombi-Terminals ist auch eine trimodale Anbindung an das europaweite Logistiknetz gegeben.
