Ze bestrijden met hun stichting, Stichting Oma's Soep tegen Eenzaamheid, eenzaamheid onder ouderen door middel van gezellige kookdagen en hun nieuwste initiatief, Oma's Pen/Belvriend. Elke week brengen jonge vrijwilligers en ouderen samen, maken ze soep, spelen ze spelletjes en bouwen ze waardevolle relaties op. 💬 We spraken Julot, Social Impact Manager bij Oma's Soep, over hun initiatieven, toekomstplannen en de impact die ze maken. Wat ons betreft heeft Oma's Soep de formule gekraakt om jongeren effectief te betrekken: een herkenbare missie, flexibele taken, en jongeren daadwerkelijk de regie laten nemen. Vandaag zetten we Music Moves in de spotlight!🌞 Door de kracht van muziek wordt de wereld stukje bij beetje mooier. Met een gratis avondprogramma voor jongeren dragen zij bij aan het bevorderen van inclusiviteit en diversiteit in de evenementenbranche. De deur naar de dansvloer staat daarbij wagenwijd open voor bijzondere doelgroepen. Jongeren leren hoe ze passie voor muziek en evenementen kunnen gebruiken om een verschil te maken. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan een muziekervaring voor een bijzondere groep mensen zoals doven en slechthorenden, dak- en thuislozen, nieuwe Nederlanders of ouderen. In Amsterdam is Music Moves onderdeel van Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE), waarbij deelnemers van het programma hun eigen officiële ADE evenement organiseren op locaties zoals daklozenopvangcentra en verzorgingstehuizen. Voluntary Norfolk is doing amazing work empowering people to volunteer time and skills! 6.000 registered users and 400 local organisations is awesome, but the meaningful connections and difference these are making is absolutely amazing. That's impact we're proud to support 🚀 It's really a best practice for other volunteering infrastructure organisations 🫶 Create a vision and get people behind it to become a force for good 📣 Spread the word. Ruim 150.000 vrijwilligers doen al iets voor een ander, maar er zijn nog genoeg organisaties, groepen en initiatieven die vrijwilligers nodig hebben. Deze campagne daagt uit om ook tijd te maken voar Utrecht. VC Utrecht en partners zetten hiermee iets heel tofs neer. Niet bescheiden, maar volle kracht vooruit met een aanpak waar je u tegen zegt!💪🏼 3 dingen die opvallen: 🚀 een lancerings-event met organisaties, vrijwilligers én partners.
