This month we observe #NonBinaryAwarenessWeek leading up to the celebration of #InternationalNonBinaryPeoplesDay on July 14. In 2022, we expanded our dataset to include non-binary genders. While findings of our corporate gender equality research show that we still have a long way to go, there are companies leading the way. We hope to see the number of companies recognising and supporting their non-binary employees continue to grow in 2024 and beyond. Reach out if you’d like to know how our data can enable informed, responsible investment!
