MEET THE FLA ESTEEMED ADVISORY COUNCIL : It is our pleasure to announce the Fashion Law Arabia 2nd prestigious Advisory Board member Ghada Qaisi Audi. Ghada Qaisi Audi is a highly experienced lawyer and international arbitrator based in San Francisco, California, with over 20 years of expertise in both common law and civil law jurisdictions. Her practice spans dispute resolution, corporate, commercial, and luxury law, and she has worked in the United States, the Middle East, and Europe. Ms. Audi is a co-founder of the luxury startup Taro Ishida, overseeing legal, governance, and strategic business development. She serves as a panel member for the American Arbitration Association (AAA), Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre, and has acted as an arbitrator for the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR). With a focus on complex commercial disputes in the luxury and fashion personal goods industry, Ms. Audi was formerly the general counsel for a prestigious Dubai-based luxury retail group, recognized for her team's advisory role in the inaugural Dubai Watch Week, which earned them the Luxury Law Summit Business In-House Luxury Team Award in 2018. Admitted to the bar in New York and Virginia, she is multilingual in English, Arabic, German, and Spanish.
