This morning, our recruiter Mina Alwash provided invaluable job application training during a guest lecture at the STC in Brielle. The goal? To prepare students for their upcoming internships in September 2024, equipping them with the skills to confidently embark on their professional journeys with us. The session was interactive and engaging, featuring a unique twist where students played the role of recruiter while Mina took on the role of applicant in a mock interview. This hands-on approach not only made the learning experience fun but also gave the students a real taste of what to expect in the job market. A big thanks to Mina for her enthusiastic contribution!
