    Grateful to WeTransfer for offering all employees 2.5 days off for volunteer work every year. I took my first day yesterday and headed to Flackstock Festival with my daughter. It's a festival that supports 4 mental health charities in aid of Caroline Flack - run by some brilliant ladies incl Anna Blue and Dawn O'Porter. My daughter and I sold raffle tickets whilst also having some fun. Such an amazing benefit to have! On top of that it's also the start of summer Fridays soon, which means we all get Fridays off in August. ☀ 🤩

    You may have heard our exciting announcement last week – we've been recertified as a B Corp! To mark this achievement, we hosted a Wellness Day across our hubs in Amsterdam, London, and New York. Our teams enjoyed a day filled with: 🥐 A delightful breakfast spread 🍏 Local and nutritious food and drinks 💆♂️ Complimentary massages for relaxation and rejuvenation The day was dedicated to celebrating our B Corp journey and acknowledging the tremendous collaborative effort that made our recertification possible. It provided a wonderful opportunity to reflect on the values and commitments that define us as a B Corp, highlighting the dedication and teamwork that have been instrumental in achieving this milestone. #BCorp #WellnessDay 🌏 💚

    We had an incredible 3 days at MAD//Fest London! 🌟 A big thank you to everyone who stopped by and contributed to our Joy Of Advertising Wall, demonstrating that advertising can be premium and joyful, evoking positive emotions. The team took to the stage twice to discuss the future of media planning and the power of creativity in driving attention. First up was Natalie Fisher-Brown (Firth), our UK lead for the advertising business, and Jean-Guillaume PAUMIER from dentsu sharing their vision for the future of media planning. Key takeaways: • Establish Accountability: Focus on meaningful measurements and lead in carbon-footprint measurement with high-impact formats. • Leverage Industry Talent for Good: Use behavioral science and innovative technology to drive positive change. • Collaboration is Key: Success in a crowded marketplace depends on deep collaboration between advertisers, planners, and media partners. Next was Matthew Butts, our Measurement and Insights expert, who spoke alongside Ella Britton, Strategy Director at Total MediaBehave, on the power of creativity in driving attention. Effectively driving attention and outcomes is more than just making a series of media adjustments, it's also about infusing the right blend of creativity to enhance ad effectiveness. In partnership with Lumen Research, we evaluated nearly 30 campaigns across the US & UK for a data-driven exploration into the specific creative elements on WeTransfer ads that boost attention, drive outcomes, and shift brand perceptions. Key insights: • Emotion Drives Effectiveness: Evoking positive emotions from consumers more than doubles purchase intent vs. negative/neutral emotions • Motion moves the needle: Motion-centric creatives like video and animations are most effective at increasing intent on WeTransfer • Creativity Do’s and Don’ts: ✔ Do learn from other industries, invest in creative development, and experiment with new formats and messages ❌ Don’t lose sight of brand messaging or skip audience research
