In 2019, I released the book "Customer Education: Why Smart Companies Profit by Making Customers Smarter." (http://www.customereducationbook.com)

Currently leading Personio's holistic Customer Education team, including Help Center, Training, Customer Events, Community, In-App Education, Customer Comms, Internal Enablement & Learning Partnerships.

Prior to that I built out Slack's enterprise customer learning function, including the Slack Certified and Slack Skills programs. Before that, I led the high-performing teams that built Optimizely's Optiverse (http://www.optiverse.com) and Checkr's learning center (http://learn.checkr.com).

I co-host the podcast "CELab: The Customer Education Lab," released bi-weekly on Apple, Google, Spotify, Stitcher, and more. (http://customer.education)
