Team leading a team of manufacturing ,SCM business Consultants and Oracle consultants towards the delivery of Oracle ERP applications ,areas covered:
1. Oracle Order Management.
2.Oracle Purchasing .
3.Oracle Inventory .
4.Oracle MRP.
5.Oracle WIP .
6.Oracle BOM .

Current Phase : Solution Design .

"This is the biggest implementation in O&G history , 2B dollars project :
 Master Data conversion and cleansing.
 Manage /Revise technical requirements needed for integration between legacy Oracle system and SAP.
 Define/Review /Approve Business Requirement Document, Functional design documents, conversion design documents, Gap documents and any other related implementation documents.
 End to End Test & User Approved testing (UAT), Go live & Cutover Strategy Planning.

- Making the Purchasing Process Standard in MISWACO & SMITH worldwide.
- Unifying invoice match option and invoice match approval .
- Unifying the Over Receipt limit .
- Applying Changes on OU /Inventory organization / Items and Suppliers.
- Standardizing the Period end closure for Purchasing .
- Training
