I am one of those people who has the need for constant improvement, for developing the new skills, for uncovering new knowledge. I have started my career in Oil and Gas and then made a bold move to start from scratch in Technology industry. Through out my experience I have worked with the global organizations from different industries: O&G, Finance, Healthcare, Manufacturing and now I am focusing on the CPG Industry.

Transformation, whether it is on a personal or a business level is what I am very passionate about. Transformation is also what is currently happening across all industries and CPG is not an exception.
Several trends are already clear today and show no signs of reversing: for example, purchases in more and more product categories are migrating from offline to online channels and governments are imposing stricter regulations. With this and many other large-scale forces in mind, CPG companies need to reinvent themselves in order to stay relevant and competitive.

I am working with my customers to identify how they can embrace the digital transformation in a way that builds business value, creates new business and operating models and ultimately helps to stay on top of the trends that disrupt the industry. Technology and Data are the enablers when it comes to digital transformation, however this can be a challenging journey for the organizations. I leverage my 12 years of experience in the Technology industry and extended team of specialists to help my customers build their digital transformation strategy, co-innovate and co-create together.
