I co-founded Firmhouse in 2008 with the vision to build products that customers love and help others use technology to build businesses that solve real-world problems.

With the startup bubble getting out of proportion, our mission expanded to showing the world the new blueprint for building healthy businesses. Where money comes from is what makes a healthy business different. Instead of focusing on investors, a healthy business focuses on early revenue.

With our pragmatic approach, we've built Firmhouse into a healthy business. We got to where we are today, using our own resources, and that’s not by accident. It was intentional. It’s what we believe in, it’s what we want to see more of in the world.

Apart from building and growing Firmhouse, I teach and guide founders and intrapreneurs on how to test their new business ideas effectively, build their strategy and navigate the challenges of starting up. Next to training them on skills, I focus on teaching them how to think and act like a founder: bias for action, obsessive customer focus, strategy.

I often share my learnings on building businesses & innovation within big organizations as a writer in various blogs or on stage in industry events.
