I am Sophie, the founder of the Peaceful Confidence movement. I coach the perfectionists of orthodontics to chill out without compromising on their success.
Having worked for 15 years in the orthodontic industry I can attest that perfectionists in our field are the most successful orthodontists (I mean, what is the goal of orthodontics if not…perfection?!).
But often times they can get to a point where they are overwhelmed and feeling like they are never enough. A crippling feeling of unfulfilled potential settles in.
If they don’t see and regulate this, they put their mental and physical health at risk. While all they want is to grow older happy and healthy.
This is a topic very close to my heart as I have been there myself. Despite a full A resume, I have been seeking always bigger and better. And that also applied to my life outside of work (sport, diet, relationships…).
Now - I am a recovering perfectionist.
It has been a journey, and it was so transformative I have decided to share this with the world.
My mission is now to empower others to find the balance between powerful confidence and deep peace of mind - So they can be successful while also thriving physically and mentally.
