I operate as a Fractional CCO, helping founders and investors transform GTM strategy and commercial teams to unlock growth. In my assignments I leverage the frameworks and methodologies from Winning By Design. With over 20 years of experience in commercial leadership roles within the IT/tech sector, I have built and scaled international GTM teams. In that capacity I have managed marketing, business development, account executive, customer success and operations teams. I initiate change, with a focus on managing adoption by my teams and stakeholders.

We are a Certified Salesloft Solution Partner, and we deliver end-to-end solutions that enhance sales processes, enable revenue leaders, and empower sellers. Our approach combines status quo assessment, organizational readiness, Salesloft implementation, and revenue excellence, with a keen focus on change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition and lasting success for our clients.

How do you make your sales tools easier to use?
Ensure to leverage change management best practices. Change is hard, the status quo usually more convenient and safe. Understand the change curve (Status Quo -> Resistance -> Resignation -> Emergence -> Evolving) and be deliberate about communication. It's imporant to evoke enthusiasm, identify and collaborate with champions and guide the team how to change. There's a science to it - use it.
