I have been fortunate to have had a number of great opportunities and experiences at EY. I am based in the Netherlands, have led our Europe, Middle East, India and Africa TA² teams since 2016 and in June 2024 have had the fantastic opportunity to step into the role of Global Talent Attraction & Acquisition leader.
I enjoy a strong network, building relationships and skills across both our recruitment and Talent teams as well as our wider business communities. Enabling our talent attraction and acquisition teams and business leaders to attract the diverse workforce EY needs today, tomorrow and in the future- is key.
My specialties include recruiting strategy, change leadership, recruiting technology (including AI and RPA), talent acquisition, talent attraction, executive, experienced and campus recruiting, diversity, equity & inclusion, talent intelligence, social media, employee advocacy and public speaking.
