My role is to lead the transformation of Ingka Group and IKEA and to help us achieve our goal of having a positive impact on people and planet and be climate positive by 2030 and net zero by 2050. Our People and Planet Positive strategy sets out how we tackle the interconnected challenges around climate, unsustainable consumption and rising inequality.

I strive to be a high impact leader, who leads with courage, inspiration, and authenticity and stand up for those that do not have a voice to create a prosperous, thriving and more equitable future for all. I utilise my 25 years of innovative thinking and business experience in my CSO role, working to strengthen trust and increase transparency towards our 170 000+ co-workers, as well as external stakeholders and customers.

My goal is to ensure that the world is a better place because we exist and to be a force for good. I am really proud to work with colleagues that are passionate, with unwavering dedication to positively contributing to the world around us, customer by customer and home by home.

The ability to combine creative thinking & a passion for people, together with strong business skills helps me to have a well rounded approach to driving transformational systems change. I also believe in the importance of radical collaboration across eco-systems to solve the many complex challenges in today's VUCA world.

Outside of my career, I have raced as an elite athlete in adventure racing & cycling/kayaking. This experience of pushing the body & mind to the limit helps me to constantly challenge myself & strive to extend boundaries in high pressure situations. It's also given me a huge appreciation for nature and the environment.
