With this broad experience I provide end2end solutions to organisational challenges, implementing transformational changes at every level of the organisation including people, IT and processes (and how they are related). Key is remove barriers/improve performance, in order to reduce time to market. Dealing with various level of seniority and working with many different stakeholders. The art is to bring people together to work towards a common goal and enjoy it.

I also value entrepreneurship. I have setup a Dutch Chamber of Commerce in Rio de Janeiro to support Dutch companies (attracting members such as Shell) and later successfully merged it with the Dutch Chamber in São Paulo.

Sustainability is also a passion, which I translate in my personal life (solar panels, electric car, etc.), professional life (project manager to develop sustainable solutions) and political life (citizen councilor sustainability for local political party).
