The Navigation Engine is the core processing unit of instructions that allows Sagre to integrate with GIS (Geographic Information System) tools like MapGuide and AutoCad. The module architecture was defined as a BPM (Business Process Manager) that decouples it from the view layer (whether web or desktop) or the underlying GIS platform (MapGuide or AutoCad).
