Tim Geenen is an intrapreneur turned entrepreneur with over 15 years experience in Marketing & Advertising. Tim is now the CEO and co-founder of Rayn, a privacy preserving technology, leveraging synthetic data to enable addressable predictive audiences (Personas) at scale, for monetisation and personalisation.

Previously he was the co-founder of Faktor, a privacy technology company, acquired by LiveRamp (NYSE: RAMP), the global leader in data connectivity. At LiveRamp he was the Managing Director, Addressability Europe. Before that Tim held leadership roles at GroupM and Improve Digital, where he was responsible for strategy, innovation and partnerships.

Tim also served as a board member for VIA Netherlands and IAB Europe. Outside of his high-level roles, Tim is an active angel investor and avid supporter of innovation and education. He loves to help and inspire others and speaks regularly at global events.

    Over the last years we have seen many new functions arise in Programmatic advertising like yield managers, product managers, optimisers, analysts, campaign managers and demand & supply managers. Their work has been mostly unrecognized in public and therefore we organised the first Programmatic Awards. An event dedicated to put the talent behind the screens in the spotlight.
