Worked with the Pratt and Whitney, Christchurch Engine Centre (CEC) to develop and test a method to create an environmental impact index used in conjunction with Value Stream Mapping at the CEC. Successfully implemented and tested the methodology achieving excellent results with respect to measuring the environmental impact and performance of production processes.
