6 years of hands-on experience building high-quality data pipelines to empower business development. Proficiency in designing and building insightful data products and solid infrastructures. Quality and simplicity are part of my engineering DNA. With my knowledge of modern data stack, I’ve built dozens of data solutions including scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehouse design, testing framework, and products that educative data users to name a few.

Nothing should be rocket science. I love explaining various tech topics to people on different levels with my knowledge, story-storytelling techniques, and empathy.

I'm a lifelong learner and excited to continue pushing and solving new problems. I'm currently based in Amsterdam. Open for a f2f meetup if you are around.

In this paper, an improved pre- processing method is proposed, which candeal with the noise when indoor illumination has great changes. The new method includes a shadow detection basedon HSV color space and observation of illumination changes. The foreground can be changed adaptively according toa threshold. Finally, moving objects can be tracked and noise caused by sudden illumination changes can beeliminated. The new algorithm becomes more robust to illumination changes.

  • Analyzing and Visualization of Player Behavior in Dota 2

    • Analyse and visualise the player behaviour in Dota 2 using spatio-temporal data from 200 matches.
    • Find the correlation between team skills and other factors such as average team distance, the frequency of zone changes, first spawn location, map of heroes' death, and etc.
    • Use D3 with HTML & CSS to visualize the results in front of the stakeholders.
