▪️ Managing both specialized expert teams (such as teams composed of IRB modelers or credit risk policy experts) and cross-functional project teams (such as sustainability working groups dedicated to integration of ESG considerations into financial institutions' risk management, strategy and governance).
▪️ Various aspects of financial and non-financial risks, with particular focus on credit, climate / ESG risks.
▪️ Credit, ESG, climate and environmental risk management (risk identification, materiality assessment, ESG assessment at loan origination, risk mapping, policies, strategy, etc.).
▪️ Internal and external reporting, focusing mainly on requirements relevant for financial institutions.
▪️ Credit and climate risk measurement (stress testing, scenario analysis, portfolio alignment, PD/LGD modelling, physical & transition risk quantification).
