Deze week herdenken we de gitzwarte dag van 17 juli 2014. Op deze dag werd vlucht #MH17 tragisch neergehaald in het oosten van Oekraïne, waarbij 298 levens, waaronder 196 Nederlanders, verloren gingen. 4 wI am writing to formally complain about the handling of my visa facilitation case by Mr. Schipper Complaints handler at Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken the . Despite my repeated communication since March 2024, stating that our family is relocating to the Netherlands, Mr. Schipper has consistently disregarded this, causing unnecessary delays and confusion. His actions have obstructed our right to family life (Article 8 ECHR) and free movement (Article 21 TFEU and Directive 2004/38/EC). His requests for irrelevant documentation and failure to address the violations by VFS Global suggest intentional obstruction and discrimination, violating our rights under EU law. I request an investigation into Mr. Schipper’s actions and a prompt resolution of our visa applications in accordance with EU regulations. Sincerely, Gyula Horvath
