For all interested in DECT NR+, we are excited to share that we have introduced the DECT NR+ PHY API as experimental in the recent release of nRF Connect SDK v2.7.0. This allows you to start interacting with the NR+ PHY modem firmware running on an nRF9161, nRF9161, or nRF9131 SiP. Our ambitious greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reduction targets have been validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). We commit to reducing our direct and indirect GHG emissions from energy usage by 60 percent by 2030, and to a 2050 net-zero target, meaning any residual GHG emission in our value chain will be neutralized in line with SBTi criteria. “Receiving validation from the SBTi is a significant achievement for Nordic Semiconductor. It confirms that our climate strategy and commitment to greenhouse gas emissions reduction are in line with the Paris Agreement's goal of limiting global warming to 1.5°C. sensry GmbH has launched a new family member of its Kallisto universal multi-sensor platform: the Kallisto SY021-PCB module. The module uses nRF52840 SoC for sensor configuration and nPM1100 PMIC for power management. It can be used to monitor all intrinsic movements of devices as well as a wide range of environmental conditions and air quality.  "The main reason we selected nRF52840 for Kallisto is the extremely power efficient implementation, but also the available Bluetooth front end, as well as the Zephyr RTOS support, the very well designed Bluetooth driver, the many available examples, and the excellent software support. We selected the nPM1100 PMIC due to its high integration with the battery charger and all required DC/DC converters.
