Real-Time Configuration Monitoring: Had real-time monitoring of security configurations been in place, such as that offered by Palo Alto Networks Prisma Cloud, the misconfiguration leading to the breach could have been detected and corrected before being exploited. 2. Enhanced Alerting Systems: Implementing a robust alerting system like Splunk Enterprise Security could have identified unusual access patterns indicative of a breach, enabling quicker containment and mitigation of the breach.

Google Cloud’s Security Command Center offers advanced incident response capabilities, with tools that help manage and respond to security incidents in real time. Features like event threat analysis and automatic remediation actions facilitate a proactive response to detected threats, minimizing the impact on business operations.
