A Wall Street honcho and his wife could face up to a year in prison for allegedly hosting an X-rated high-school football bash where students as young as 15 licked whipped cream off a stripper’s nude body.
Investment banker Robert Wien, 50, a senior managing director at Josephthal & Co., and his wife, Rochelle, are the parents of a football player at Horace Greeley HS in Chappaqua.
The couple told cops the Saturday-night party was meant to kick off the team’s new season, police said.
The couple were arrested after cops, investigating a noise complaint, went to their New Castle home and saw a woman “on a deck area who was lying on her back without any clothes on, and [she] was performing a sexually lewd act,” cops said.
There were about three dozen guests, ages 15 to 18, at the party, including girls, authorities said.
The refreshments included beer and pot, said Westchester District Attorney Jeanine Pirro.
“The parents were present and aware of what was going on, not just in terms of the alcohol that was being imbibed by these high-schoolers, but the actual sexual acts that were taking place in their back yard,” she said.
“This nude dancer, with the assistance of some of the high-school students, was inserting objects into private parts of her body, as well as putting whipped cream on parts of her body that was then being licked by some of the students,” Pirro said.
“She was naked at the time, other than wearing boots,” said the DA, who added the stripper was “apparently” hired by some students. The stripper was not charged.
Anthony “Cousin Vinny” Agnello, who runs the Gorgeous Strippers Plus entertainment agency, said “some kid . . . who didn’t sound under 18” called his cell phone.
Agnello said he did not know that partygoers would be underage, and that, had he known, he would not have dispatched the stripper, whom he identified as Nicole, 31, “a beautiful French Canadian blonde, a full-figured girl with natural deep breasts, 27-inch waist, flat abs and a beautiful butt.”
“She does whipped-cream shots off her chest and a full strip, and then she does things with toys. It’s like a bachelor-party atmosphere,” he said.
When she wasn’t taking it all off, she “was drinking straight vodka with the father,” Agnello said.
He said his agency charges $300 an hour plus $25 for transportation, “but you get a no-cellulite, no-sag adult entertainer with no tattoos and a nice complexion.”
The Wiens were charged with endangering the welfare of a child and unlawfully dealing with a child. If convicted of the misdemeanor charges, they could face up to a year in jail.
Prosecutors are “not interested in filing charges against the students,” the DA said. Robert Wien did not return a phone call yesterday.
Chappaqua Schools Superintendent James Donovan said the allegations are “mind-boggling.”
