HOTTEST TIX IN TOWN AT TRIBECA FEST

Great movies, cool parties and red-hot rock ‘n roll rules the Big Apple this weekend as the first annual Tribeca Film Festival shifts into high gear.

Sheryl Crow, Counting Crows, Wyclef Jean, Robin Williams and Jimmy Fallon will headline MTV’s Free Rock and Comedy show in Battery Park tonight at 7.

You’ll need a ticket to get in, and while most have already been given away, a few are still available by listening to WPLJ or watching New York 1.

On Sunday, “Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones” will be screened to benefit the Children’s Aid Society.

The flick follows a star-studded party with Natalie Portman, Susan Sarandon and Gary Shandling at the Embassy Suites Hotel, 102 North End Ave. at Vesey St., at 12:30 p.m. Tickets are $500. Call 917-286-1530.

The gala winds down Sunday night at 6 with awards for the fest’s best movies. Martin Scorcese, Robert De Niro and others will hand out prizes at Pace University, 1 Pace Plaza.

But the event is for filmmakers and their guests only, so you’ll have to adopt a director to go.
