Actor Josh Randall, who plays nice guy Dr. Mike Burton on NBC’s “Ed,” was busted for allegedly smoking crack on a Brooklyn street corner yesterday, cops said.
Randall, 30, who lives in Manhattan, was arrested along with Charles Foster, 40, a homeless man, after narcotics cops saw them smoking crack on the corner of Flushing Avenue and Navy Street near the Brooklyn Navy Yard.
