Notre Dame grad Ed Resciniti will travel to Baltimore to watch his Irish play Navy. The trip won’t be nearly as sweet, though.
“I wish they were undefeated, but what can you do?” said Resciniti, 63.
Resciniti, lettered in track while at ND, although admitting that he’d be mopped by molasses in a race.
“If you were on the team for three years, they gave you a letter. . .Even if you stunk like me.”
His picks are: Giants, Dolphins, Eagles, Ravens, Lions, Falcons, Chargers, Titans, Saints, Redskins, Cards, Patriots, 49ers and Raiders.
The fan with the highest winning percentage at the end of the season will win $1,000. In the case of a tie, the prize will be split evenly.
Last week Brian Kenneally went 7-6-1 for a .536 winning percentage. Grace Renna and Murray Kellman retained the lead going 8-6 for a .571.
