PARTY PLOW-DOWN – DRIVER RAMS THROUGH STREET FULL OF REVELERS

A driver barreled through a crowd of revelers at a street party in Brooklyn early yesterday – crushing a teenager’s ankle, hitting two cops and striking two other teens, police said.

The woman, driving a Ford Explorer, also smashed into several vehicles during her 3:30 a.m. rampage down Flatbush Avenue before she was cornered by partygoers, who blocked her path until police arrived, cops said.

Jevanna Jennings, 22, of Jamaica, Queens, faces numerous charges, including assault. She had not been drinking or using drugs, cops said.

Police were investigating whether she deliberately hit the victims or lost control of the SUV.

“She didn’t give people a chance to move to the side,” said Tiffany Seranno, 14, the first victim.

“One minute I looked back, the next minute I was hit and I saw myself going under the tire. I started crying.”

The smash-up happened as a crowd danced in the street during an all-night party leading up to yesterday’s West Indian Day parade.

Witnesses said the woman drove onto Flatbush Avenue near Lenox Avenue and started honking her horn trying to weave her way through.

“People were dancing and shouting and having a good time,” said Tiffany’s cousin Yolanda Perez, 19.

“She didn’t want to slow down. She had her right hand on the steering wheel, and the left hand was holding a cell phone to her ear. Before I knew it, my cousin got hit.”

A front wheel rolled over Tiffany’s right ankle.

“The pain was so bad, I was really scared. I knew my leg was broken,” Tiffany said from her bed at Kings County Hospital, where she will undergo surgery tomorrow.

“I started to watch my ankle get bigger and bigger. I was screaming for the ambulance to come.”

Tiffany said she will need screws to hold the bones together and will miss the start of school.

“I was supposed to go school shopping,” she said. “Right now, I just feel like throwing up.”

Jennings allegedly surged forward after hitting Tiffany and swiped the two cops, who were on foot patrol.

They were taken to Maimonides Hospital with minor injuries.

Jennings’ final two alleged victims, John McLeod, 19, and his brother Jesemi, 16, also suffered minor injuries.

“They’re hurting. They’re both full of pain,” said their mother, Tammy Robertson. “How did she not realize what she did? I just thank God nobody lost their lives.”
