THE BRONX

* A woman taking an evening stroll was mowed down by a hit-and-run driver in the Pelham Bay section, cops said.

Dotlin Brown, 56, was crossing the street at 222nd Street and Eastchester Road when a red car hit her and then sped away.

Brown was taken to Jacobi Hospital, where she was listed in stable condition. No arrests have been made.

* Two thugs shot a Westchester Square deli employee after robbing him, cops said.

The unidentified 42-year-old employee at Arturo’s Deli at 1567 St. Peters Ave. took the bullet in the stomach after the two men grabbed $2,600 from the store’s register Saturday night.

The gunman and his partner fled.

The employee was taken to Jacobi Hospital in stable condition.

MANHATTAN

* A 36-year-old white man was accosted twice by a group of black men holding bats and sticks in Morningside Heights and the Upper West Side in a bias attack, police said.

The incident began Saturday afternoon in Morningside Park, when the man was confronted by a group of men who began yelling anti-white remarks, then charged at him, cops said.

The man managed to get away unharmed but was later spotted by the same group at Central Park West and 108th Street. They again hurled racist epithets, cops said.

Police said the man ran away and called 911. The suspects fled and cops have made no arrests.

* Police have arrested a 33-year-old Asian woman for her alleged role in four bias crimes.

Lyna Woo of 241 E. 46th St. was taken into custody Saturday night and charged with four counts of aggravated assault.

Cops suspect her of twice harassing another Asian woman in a nearby apartment building.

The first incident occurred Aug. 27 when Woo allegedly made anti-Asian remarks to the 28-year-old woman and then pushed her.

On Sept. 22, Woo saw the woman again and allegedly tried to block her from exiting the building.

Woo also is charged with making anti-Hispanic remarks to two men, one 57 years old and the other 33 years old, on Sept. 25.

* The body of a man was discovered floating in the water next to the Staten Island Ferry Terminal in the Battery yesterday, cops said

The NYPD Harbor Patrol spotted the body at 12:30 p.m. and the medical examiner was sent to help determine the unidentified man’s cause of death. The investigation is ongoing.

* A man walking on the tracks was struck by a southbound F train early yesterday, cops said.

The unidentified 47-year-old was hit on the tracks at Second Avenue and East Houston Street on the Lower East Side at 2:20 a.m.

The man was rushed to Bellevue Hospital where he was listed in critical condition after suffering injuries to his head, right hand and left leg.

* A dispute between two men got out of hand, leaving one of them shot in the forearm early yesterday morning, cops said.

Raymond Sanchez, 21, was arrested and charged with assault after shooting another 21-year-old man in the lobby of 220 Wadsworth Ave. in Washington Heights, cops said.

The victim was taken to Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in stable condition.

* The bomb squad yesterday removed two bottles filled with a flammable liquid discovered under a ground floor-window of an apartment building on East Eighth Street in Midwood.
