LOVER RAPS PAPA ICE-T

Rapper and actor Ice-T does not want to visit or even look at the 2-year-old boy he fathered, but he wants to use the child as a tax deduction, the furious mother charged yesterday after their child-support dispute was settled.

“I want him to acknowledge [the boy, Kevin Ice Marrow]. I want him to spend time with him,” Lisa Marie Sanchez, 27, of The Bronx, said outside Manhattan Family Court.

She said that despite initially denying paternity – which later was established by DNA tests – Ice-T, 45, later asked if he could claim Kevin as a dependent on his tax return, a request she denied.

Only one parent may claim a child as a deduction if they live apart. Although Support Magistrate David Kirshblum revealed in court yesterday that the couple had reached a deal on the amount of child support he must pay, details are sealed.
