JACKO JUDGE OKS EVIDENCE

SANTA MARIA, Calif – The judge in Michael Jackson’s kid-sex case tentatively accepted dozens of items of prosecution evidence yesterday, but expressed concerns over others seized from the King of Pop.

Santa Barbara County Superior Court Judge Rodney Melville ruled that 38 pieces of evidence taken from Jackson’s Neverland Ranch and the offices of the singer’s private investigator could be used in trial by prosecutors.

But he said he was “concerned” about eight other items of seized evidence, explaining that he wanted to hear more arguments from lawyers over that material.
