HOSP TRIO SUE

Three former top executives of doomed Victory Hospital in Brooklyn sued the facility yesterday for allegedly reneging on severance agreements that would have provided them millions of dollars in salary and retirement benefits.

The suit was filed in Brooklyn State Supreme Court by former CEO Donald DiCunto as well as administrators William Recevuto and Krishin Bhatia.

The hospital filed for bankruptcy in November and a state commission ordered the facility closed.

The three executives charge the hospital with breach of contract for reneging on agreements to provide each of them more than $2 million in salary and retirement benefits.

A spokesman for Victory declined comment.
