JUMPING JACK

Here’s Johnny – 70, grayer and admittedly “not the kind of social gadabout I used to be.”

But Academy Award winner and unrepentant “scamp” Jack Nicholson boasts, “I’m as wild as you can get.”

Just a few weeks away from the release of his Christmas comedy “The Bucket List” with Morgan Freeman, in which the two play terminal cancer patients who break out of a hospital for a road trip, Nicholson ticked off the loves of his life – actresses Sandra Knight (the mother of his two grown kids), Angelica Huston, Rebecca Broussard (mom to his two youngest) and Lara Flynn Boyle, with whom he broke up in 2002.

“I’m such a wag,” he says. “I’m a scamp. I don’t deny it. I like myself.”

But he’s more somber about his future.

“We all want to go on forever … I can’t bear the number of funerals you go to once you get older. I have to find a way to adjust to loss or sentence myself to a life of grieving. So I focus on the immediate, on my children.”
