TEACHER’S COFFEE SPILL SCARS BOY

A Brooklyn 4-year-old was scalded when a teacher bumped into him in the school cafeteria and spilled hot coffee on his head, the boy’s seething parents said yesterday.

Colin Huston, a prekindergartner at PS 238 in Gravesend, lost a patch of hair and was permanently scarred as a result of the accident Tuesday morning, they said.

“I went completely ballistic. I was just very upset . . . Part of his hairline is gone,” said his mom, Pamela.

She and her husband, Michael, took Colin to the Ocean Parkway Pediatric Practice on Thursday.

Department of Education spokeswoman Margie Feinberg said the unidentified instructor “faces disciplinary action because school policy does not allow anyone walking with a hot liquid without a cover or lid as a safety precaution.”
