I’ve gotten some e-mails about why the Top 30 countdowns for both organizations were cut short around No. 24. The short answer is that we here at the Post have undergone some web site changes, including the login software for our blogs, and I was unable to access it until today.
So, because of that, I’ve gotten far behind the schedule I had originally hoped to set. Instead, I will still finish up the Top 30 lists over the next week or so.
With the minor league season set to begin Thursday, the local affiliates are opening up their media days to introduce their players to the local fans. I will be attending the Trenton Thunder’s media day tomorrow afternoon, and will hopefully be taking in the home opener between the Mets and Yankees’ Triple-A affiliates (the Scranton/Wilkes Barre Yankees and Buffalo Bisons) on Thursday.
