Ryan Seacrest and Julianne Hough have reportedly split after dating for nearly three years, People reported.
The reality TV dynamic duo have allegedly decided to take a break and are living apart, sources told the mag.
Us Weekly reported that Hough struggled with Seacrest’s work load.
“It’s a lifestyle she couldn’t handle anymore. Work always, always came first [for Ryan] She wants a more lowkey life,” a source told the site.
Seacrest, 38, is currently the host of “American Idol” and Hough, 24, was a dancer on “Dancing with the Stars” before branching out onto the silver screen.
Earlier this month, Seacrest was reluctant to discuss the evolution of his relationship with the “Safe Haven” actress.
When asked by The Associated Press if there was a wedding date in his future, Seacrest casually responded: “Are you getting married?”
When asked about juggling a career and relationship, Hough recently told Parade “It’s a hard thing to do, especially when you’re so caught up in your work and bettering yourself.
“I think at the end of the day you have to find a balance with what’s really important.”
Seacrest and Hough started dating in the spring of 2010.
