Carmelo Anthony doesn’t have time for Jordan Crawford, and neither does his wife.
Crawford, who did not play on Wednesday night, found himself in the middle of a melee at the end of Game 5 when he appeared to make a vulgar crack about Melo’s wife, LaLa.
She responded on Instagram on Thursday with a quote and a comment that would seem directed at Crawford.
The comment at the bottom reads: “Try again. You on the bench for a reason.”
Crawford tweeted out a denial, as well.

After the Celtics win, which cut the Knicks’ series lead to 3-2, Anthony dismissed Crawford.
“I’m not thinking about Jordan Crawford. Not at this point in time. I’ll tell you that,” Anthony said. “I don’t think he deserves for you to be typing [about him].”
This latest verbal attack comes after Celtics star Kevin Garnett reportedly told Anthony that LaLa tasted like Honey Nut Cheerios during a regular season game.
