A 25-year-old woman died after being struck by two taxis while riding her bike in East Harlem Thursday, police said.
The accident happened at about 9:20 p.m., near the intersection of East 125th Street and Park Avenue.
Cops say the woman – who has not been identified – was riding her bike south on Park Avenue when she was struck by a westbound taxi. That collision knocked her off her bike, into the path of a second cab headed eastbound.
The woman was pronounced dead at Harlem Hospital.
Her bent, teal-colored bike and sneaker remained at the scene following the crash. Both drivers also stayed at the crash scene, and there’s no word on any charges.
