An on-duty detective was busted for allegedly driving while under the influence of alcohol in Mott Haven, cops said.

Inspector Kevin Catalina, commanding officer of the 44th Precinct, spotted David Rojas, 42, driving a 2011 Mitsubishi Galant at about 3:15 p.m. Wednesday on East 149th Street near Walton Avenue and noticed that Rojas appeared to be intoxicated, according to a Criminal Court complaint.

Rojas’ eyes were glassy, his face flushed, and his breath smelled of alcohol, authorities said.

He was charged with two counts of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and suspended from duty.

A suspected thief is wanted in a nail-salon robbery in Sunset Park, police said.

Albert Solano, 33, allegedly went into the business establishment on 39th Street near Fifth Avenue at about 3:30 p.m. on May 30 with a handgun, cops said.

He allegedly snarled, “Give me your money,” and fled with an undetermined sum of cash.

Police say the suspect stands 5-foot-6 and weighs 160 pounds.

A suspect was arrested for repeatedly stabbing an acquaintance in an argument that turned violent on an East Flatbush street, cops said yesterday.

Terrence Harris, 26, got into a spat with the 28-year-old victim at Beverly Road and East 51st Street at about 11:15 p.m. on May 26, cops said.

After the two exchanged blows, the victim started walking away and Harris charged at him, sources said.

Harris allegedly pulled a knife and stabbed the victim twice in the chest and once in the leg.

The victim staggered to his home nearby where his mom called 911.

He was rushed to Kings County Hospital, where he underwent emergency surgery.

Days later, the victim identified Harris in a police photo array and cops tracked down the suspect Tuesday.

Harris was charged with attempted murder, menacing and weapons possession, and held in jail on $20,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond.

Police are looking to identify two crooks wanted for an armed robbery of a Bushwick restaurant.

One armed thief went into La Fogata restaurant on Gates Avenue Tuesday at noon and ordered employees to drop to the floor, police said.

He grabbed a cellphone and cash from one victim, then ransacked the cash register, police said.

The other perpetrator acted as a lookout during the robbery, cops said.

Both thieves fled the scene on foot, police said.

Two workers were robbed at gunpoint in Canarsie, police said.

The victims were unloading merchandise at the Secure Self Storage facility on Flatlands Avenue near 94th Street at about 2:15 p.m. on May 30 when four assailants approached with guns, cops said.

One assailant struck a worker on the head, and shots were fired, but no one was injured by bullets, sources said.

One of the thugs fled in a victim’s white 2012 Chevrolet bearing Georgia license plates, and the other three suspects drove off in a black Cadillac Escalade, a black Mercedes Benz and a Lincoln Continental.

Those three vehicles had New York plates.

A pill-popping drunken driver was busted in Rossville early Sunday, authorities said.

Frank Colella, 37, was spotted behind the wheel of a 2002 Jeep at 1:45 a.m. on Arthur Kill Road near Cody Place with his 4-year-old daughter in tow, according to a Criminal Court complaint.

Colella claimed that he had hopped into the car at the curb after someone else had been driving, the complaint states.

“She hit the cars and then I jumped in to try and move the car to get it off of the curb,” Colella allegedly told arresting officers.

Cops say they found 12 pain pills in the pocket of the allegedly intoxicated suspect.

Colella refused to submit to a Breathalyzer test and was arrested on charges of aggravated driving while intoxicated and criminal possession of controlled substance, according to a spokesman for District Attorney Daniel Donovan.
