An Indianapolis Chihuahua named Turbo-Roo was born without front legs, precluding the little guy from mobility.
But after his adopted parents enlisted the help of a generous designer, 9-weeks-old Turbo-Roo got a new lease on life thanks to prosthetic skateboard wheels.
The social media sensation may only be two months old, but he’s taken the world by storm, earning support from well-wishers all over America.
“I’m not surprised he has become so popular online. He captured our hearts immediately,” gushes owner Ashley Looper, 31. “You can see his personality shine through in the pictures — he’s just an adorable little puppy.”
