Warring partners at 9/11 law firm go their separate ways

The warring partners at 9/11 law firm Napoli Bern have agreed to go their separate ways.

After months of bitter accusations about financial misspending and office affairs, Paul Napoli and Marc Bern will shut the law firm and split up its clients, in a settlement reached last week.

The process will be monitored by a mediator.

The firm made tens of millions representing ailing 9/11 responders.
