Aaron Rodgers impresses Olivia Munn’s mom, Vietnamese blogs

Aaron Rodgers doesn’t have to worry about impressing the Munn clan with a Packers playoff win over the Redskins this weekend, especially where his girlfriend’s mom is concerned.

The “Ride Along” star recently sat down with “Entertainment Tonight” to explain how the Green Bay quarterback already holds a special place in Mrs. Munn’s heart.

“My mom speaks in an accent and writes in one too,” Munn said. “My mom, that’s how she texts, she’s like, ‘You tell Aaron Rodgers I think he number one quarterback! And you let him know that Asians love Aaron Rodgers!'”

Kim Munn, who is of Chinese descent but was born and raised in Vietnam, also told her daughter Rodgers is the No. 1 signal-caller in the Asian market.

“She’s like, ‘He needs to know, big deal, Vietnamese blog!’ She thinks it’s the best thing ever,” Munn jokes. “For her, when you’ve made it to the Vietnamese blogs, you’ve made it.”

Though the “X-Men: Apocalypse” actress admits she had no clue who Rodgers was when she first met him, the pair have become one the league’s most talked-about couples.

Rodgers will lead the fifth-seeded Pack into FedEx Field on Sunday afternoon for the wild-card round of the playoffs against fourth-seeded Washington.
